The AGM will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The company's board also approved the adoption of Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of Mr. Arun Kumar Singhi, and the appointment of M/s C P C & Company as Statutory Auditors and Mr. Ankit Mazumdar as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Additionally, Mr. Manish Bhargan Rane and Mrs. Madhura Ganesh Mahendrakar were appointed as Independent Directors for two years. Remote e-voting will be open from September 25 to September 27, 2026.
