Popular Vehicles Appoints MSKA & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. MSKA & Associates LLP as its statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years. This appointment was approved by the shareholders via an ordinary resolution at the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 28, 2026. The auditors will hold office from the conclusion of the 42nd AGM until the conclusion of the 47th AGM, expected in the financial year 2031-32. The remuneration will be determined by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. MSKA & Associates LLP is a Chartered Accountant firm registered with ICAI and a member of BDO International, with extensive experience in the automobile sector.
