Popular Vehicles Issues Corrigendum for 42nd AGM Notice

Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice dated May 26, 2026. The corrigendum informs shareholders about the inclusion of additional disclosures in the Explanatory Statement for Item No. 3, related to the proposed appointment of M/s. MSKA & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors. This is in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations. The appointment of MSKA & Associates LLP is for a term of 5 consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 42nd AGM until the conclusion of the 47th AGM in FY 2031-32, subject to member approval. The previous auditors, M/s. B S R & Associates LLP, will retire upon completion of their second term at the 42nd AGM.
