I S T Ltd CFO Deoki Nandan Tulshyan Retires

I S T Ltd announced the retirement of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Deoki Nandan Tulshyan, effective August 13, 2026. Mr. Tulshyan's retirement is due to reaching the age of superannuation. Consequently, he will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company from the same date. The company expressed its appreciation for his valuable contributions during his tenure.
