I S T Ltd: Jain Re-appointed Director, Naredi Appointed CFO

I S T Ltd announced changes in its management structure. Sh. S.C. Jain has been re-appointed as Whole-time Director for a further term of two years, effective August 14, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Vikas Kumar Naredi has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective August 14, 2026. This appointment follows the retirement of the previous CFO, Mr. Deoki Nandan Tulshyan. Mr. Naredi, a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, was promoted from his role as Dy. General Manager (Finance & Accounts).
