ITC Hotels Acquires 100% of GHK Hospitality for ₹155 Cr

ITC Hotels Ltd has executed a Share Purchase and Share Subscription Agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of GHK Hospitality & Infrastructures Limited for an enterprise value of ₹155 crores on a cash-free, debt-free basis. The acquisition, approved by the Board of Directors on July 16, 2026, aims to expand ITC Hotels' owned asset portfolio in Ahmedabad by acquiring the 'Welcomhotel Ahmedabad' with 130 keys. This strategic move is expected to be value-accretive, capitalizing on Ahmedabad's diversified demand. The transaction is anticipated to be completed within Q2 FY'27 and involves cash consideration.
