Cemindia Projects Appoints Price Waterhouse as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Cemindia Projects Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP (PWCA LLP) as its Statutory Auditors for a period of five years. This appointment was approved by the company's members at the 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 27, 2026. PWCA LLP will serve from the conclusion of the 48th AGM in 2026 until the conclusion of the 53rd AGM in 2031. The appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditors. The AGM also saw shareholders approve an alteration to Article 131 of the Articles of Association concerning the execution of company documents.
