Cemindia Projects Appoints Price Waterhouse as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Cemindia Projects Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as Statutory Auditors for a period of 5 years, from the conclusion of the 48th AGM in 2026 until the 53rd AGM in 2031. This appointment was approved by the members at the 48th Annual General Meeting held on June 27, 2026. The company also approved an alteration to Article 131 of its Articles of Association concerning the execution of deeds and documents. The AGM commenced at 2:30 p.m. and concluded at 4:12 p.m. The auditors were appointed to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditors.
