Cemindia Projects Withdraws Execution Petition, to Refile Later

Cemindia Projects Ltd has informed the stock exchange that it has withdrawn an Execution Petition filed before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court on December 9, 2024. This petition was intended to enforce an arbitration award of approximately Rs 4.71 crores plus interest, received on August 25, 2023, against Baya Weaver Ltd and Saya Cementation Ltd. The company has obtained liberty to file the petition afresh and intends to do so in due course. The withdrawal is not expected to have any material financial impact on the company. The Hon'ble Court's order regarding the withdrawal was communicated on September 23, 2026.
