Dinanath Soni Acquires 4.99% Stake in IZMO Ltd via Gift

Dinanath Soni, part of the promoter group of Izmo Limited, has acquired 7,48,128 equity shares, representing 4.99% of the company's paid-up capital. The acquisition was made through an off-market inter-se transfer as a gift from a promoter, Mrs. Shashi Soni, on September 29, 2026. This transaction does not involve any financial consideration. Following the acquisition, Dinanath Soni's holding, along with persons acting in concert, remains at 4.99% of the total share capital. The total equity share capital of Izmo Limited before and after the acquisition is 1,49,80,321 equity shares.
