Tej Soni Acquires 9.99% Stake in IZMO Ltd via Gift

Tej Soni, part of the Promoter Group of Izmo Limited, has acquired 14,96,257 equity shares, representing 9.99% of the paid-up capital. The acquisition was executed through off-market inter-se transfers as a gift from two promoters, Mrs. Shashi Soni and Mrs. Kiran Soni, without any financial consideration. The total equity share capital of Izmo Limited remains 1,49,80,321 equity shares post-acquisition. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
