Tej Soni Acquires 9.99% Stake in IZMO Ltd via Gift

Tej Soni, part of the promoter group, has acquired 14,96,257 equity shares, representing 9.99% of Izmo Limited's paid-up capital. The acquisition was made through off-market inter-se transfers as a gift from two promoters, Mrs. Shashi Soni and Mrs. Kiran Soni. This transaction is exempt from open offer requirements under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The disclosure was made in continuation of earlier disclosures filed on September 11, 2026, and September 24, 2026. The shares were transferred without any financial consideration, with Mrs. Shashi Soni transferring 32,991 shares and Mrs. Kiran Soni transferring 14,63,266 shares.
