Jagatjit Industries Limited has announced its 81st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, via Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will transact ordinary business including the adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of a director, and the re-appointment of M/s. V. P. Jain & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term. Special business includes ratifying the remuneration of Cost Auditors. The company has also announced that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 25, 2026, to September 30, 2026, inclusive, for the purpose of the AGM.
