Jagran Media Network Files Supreme Court Appeal on NCLAT Order

Jagran Prakashan Limited (JPL) has disclosed that Jagran Media Network Investment Private Limited has filed an appeal before the Supreme Court. This appeal challenges an order dated 26.05.2026 by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). The NCLAT order had put the implementation of an EGM resolution dated 29.05.2026 on hold until the outcome of Company Petition No. 64 of 2023. The appeal is scheduled for hearing on 24.07.2026.
