Jai Corp Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Insiders Until 48 Hours After Q4 Results for FY26

Jai Corp Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The decision comes in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors where the financial results will be considered is yet to be intimated. The intimation was furnished on the portals of the designated depository, National Securities Depository Limited, pursuant to Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD- 2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023.
