Jai Corp Ltd Appoints Bigshare Services as New RTA

Jai Corp Ltd announced a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) following a Board of Directors meeting held on July 24, 2026. The company will transition from KFin Technologies Limited to Bigshare Services Private Limited. The decision was made as the commercial terms proposed by KFin Tech were not agreeable to the management. The effective date of the change will be intimated later, after the completion of data transition and other necessary procedures. KFin Tech will continue to act as RTA until the transition is finalized.
