Jai Mata Glass Ltd Withdraws Appointment of New Statutory Auditors

Jai Mata Glass Ltd has issued a clarification regarding a previous board meeting outcome dated September 1, 2026. The company will not proceed with the proposed appointment of M/s KTM & Co. Chartered Accountants as its Statutory Auditors for the period FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This appointment will not be placed before shareholders for approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Consequently, the earlier disclosure is considered withdrawn. The existing Statutory Auditors, M/s Khiwani Sood & Associates, will continue their tenure as per their current terms. All other decisions from the September 1, 2026, board meeting remain unchanged.
