Jai Mata Glass Ltd Withdraws Proposed Auditor Appointment

Jai Mata Glass Ltd has issued a clarification regarding its Board Meeting outcome dated September 1, 2026. The company will not proceed with the proposed appointment of M/s KTM & Company as Statutory Auditors for the period FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This proposal will not be presented to shareholders for approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Consequently, the previous disclosure about this appointment is considered withdrawn. The existing auditors, M/s Khiwani Sood & Associates, will continue their tenure. All other decisions from the September 1, 2026, Board Meeting remain unchanged.
