Jai Mata Glass Reappoints Santosh Kumar Agarwal as Internal Auditor

Jai Mata Glass Ltd has re-appointed Mr. Santosh Kumar Agarwal as its Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee during a meeting held on May 14, 2026. Mr. Agarwal has extensive experience in Audit, Accounts & Taxation. He is not related to any director or KMP of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Internal Auditor by any regulatory authority.
