Jain Irrigation Board Approves AGM Notice & Director Re-appointment

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd_DVR's Board of Directors met on July 14, 2026, approving key items for the upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ajit B. Jain, Director, subject to shareholder approval. They also approved the Board's Report for FY 2025-26, the AGM notice, and appointments/remuneration for Mr. Athang Anil Jain and Mr. Abhedya Ajit Jain for holding offices of profit. Annual book closure for the AGM was also approved.
