Trading Window Closure Announced by Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd_DVR for Q4FY26

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd_DVR has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and insiders from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating Trading by Designated Persons & Insiders and Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window closure is expected to be in mid-May 2026, and all are requested to note the period and not to deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the securities of the Company during the closure period. The PAN of all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives shall be frozen during the Trading Window closure period to prevent non-compliance with the PIT Regulations.
