Jain Irrigation: Trading Window Closed for Q2 FY27 Results

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd_DVR announced the closure of the trading window for Designated Persons and Insiders from October 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the Board Meeting convened to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026 (Q2 FY27). The company also stated that the PANs of Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be frozen during this period, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and relevant SEBI circulars, to prevent non-compliance.
