J&K Bank Declares Reviewed Financial Results for Q1 FY27

Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd has announced its reviewed financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results, which include both standalone and consolidated figures, were approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on July 29, 2026. The preparation of these results adheres to Accounting Standard 25 and relevant RBI guidelines. The auditors have provided a limited review report, stating that nothing has come to their attention to suggest material misstatements, except for certain Pillar 3 disclosures under Basel III Capital Regulations which are available on the bank's website.
