Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Owens Springs Limited, a UK-based company, for £2,000,000. This marks Jamna Auto's first international presence in the aftermarket segment. The acquisition provides an established brand, customer relationships, and an operating platform in the UK, aiming to strengthen export business, broaden product range, and support global brand recognition and growth. Owens Springs Limited reported revenue of £2,761 thousand for the calendar year ended December 31, 2025, with a PAT of £132 thousand and net worth of £1041 thousand.
