Telge Projects Acquires Wheaton Detailing Services Inc.

Telge Projects Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Telge Global Inc., has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of U.S.-based Wheaton Detailing Services, Inc. (WDS Inc.). This acquisition marks Telge's strategic entry into the industrial, petrochemical, and commercial structural steel markets in the U.S., expanding its addressable market. WDS Inc. specializes in structural steel detailing and steel design services. The move is expected to provide access to new customer segments, broaden service offerings, and leverage cross-selling opportunities, deepening Telge's presence in the U.S. structural engineering market.
