Balkrishna Namdeo Salunkhe, a promoter of Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Limited, has acquired 1,500 equity shares of the company on August 19, 2025. This acquisition, made through the open market, slightly increased his total shareholding. Prior to this transaction, Salunkhe held 9,34,296 shares, representing 4.20% of the total share capital. After the acquisition, his holding increased to 9,35,796 shares, representing approximately 4.20% of the total share capital and 4.19% of the diluted share capital. The total diluted share capital of the company after the acquisition stands at 2,23,53,733 equity shares.
