Sanjay Namdeo Salunkhe, a promoter of Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Ltd, has acquired 24,355 equity shares of the company on June 11, 2026, through the open market. This acquisition increases his total shareholding to 1,22,98,840 equity shares, representing approximately 55.23% of the total diluted share capital.
