Jaro Institute of Technology to hold 17th AGM on July 28, 2026

Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Ltd has announced its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 02:30 PM IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The AGM will address ordinary and special business, including the adoption of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the declaration of a dividend of ₹3 per equity share. Mr. Sanjay Namdeo Salunkhe will be re-appointed as a Director, and Dr. Alpa Urmil Antani will be re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term.
