Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Ltd announced that its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be convened on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The company has fixed Tuesday, July 21, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder entitlement for the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if approved by the members at the AGM.
