Sanjay Namdeo Salunkhe, a promoter of Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Ltd, has acquired 8,806 equity shares through an open market transaction on June 10, 2026. This acquisition increases his total shareholding to 1,22,74,485 shares, representing 55.11% of the total share capital, up from 54.78% prior to the transaction.
