Jauss Polymers Ltd has issued a clarification regarding the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 1, 2026. The company corrected a clerical error in the effective dates for the appointments of four directors. The effective date for Ms. Shipra Chauhan (Managing Director), Mr. Aditya Chopra (Whole-time Director), Ms. Kritika Seth (Executive Director), and Mr. Santosh Prasad Kushawaha (Independent Director) has been revised from July 30, 2026, to August 30, 2026. This new effective date is subject to member approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The appointment of Ms. Neha Shukla as an Additional Director remains unchanged.
