Jay Ambe Supermarkets Ltd Appoints M/s. Deepti & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26

Jay Ambe Supermarkets Ltd has appointed M/s. Deepti & Associates, a firm of Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2025-26. The appointment was made at the Board of Directors' meeting held on March 30, 2026. M/s. Deepti & Associates brings over six years of experience and expertise in Corporate Laws and Procedures, Secretarial Compliance Audits, SEBI Regulations, and related statutory compliances. Ms. Deepti Grover, the Proprietor of M/s. Deepti & Associates, has consented to act as the Secretarial Auditor. She is duly qualified and eligible for the said appointment in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the rules made thereunder & SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2018.
