Jay Shree Tea: Re-appointment of Directors Subject to AGM Approval

Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Vikram Swarup as an Independent Director for a second term of five years and Mr. Vikash Kandoi as Whole Time Director (Executive Director) for three years, effective April 1, 2027. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors approved these re-appointments based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on May 19, 2026. Both directors have confirmed they are not debarred from holding office by any SEBI order or other authority.
