JB Chemicals: Record Date for Amalgamation with Torrent Pharma Fixed

JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has announced Friday, July 17, 2026, as the Record Date for its Scheme of Amalgamation with Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited. This follows the sanctioning of the scheme by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, on July 6, 2026. The Record Date is set to determine the JB Chemicals shareholders who will be entitled to receive fully paid-up equity shares of Torrent Pharma. The approved share exchange ratio is 51 fully paid-up equity shares of Torrent Pharma (face value ₹5 each) for every 100 fully paid-up equity shares of JB Chemicals (face value ₹1 each).
