Jaysynth Orgochem Appoints A. P. Mehta & Co. as Internal Auditor

Jaysynth Orgochem Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 14, 2026, appointed Mr. Ajay P. Mehta, proprietor of M/s. A. P. Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 106182W), as the Internal Auditor of the Company. This appointment is for the last quarter of the financial year 2025-26 and aims to fill a casual vacancy. The vacancy arose due to the sudden demise of Shri. Maganlal J. Thacker, who was a partner of the previous internal audit firm, M/s. Maganlal & Ajay Mehta, Chartered Accountants. M/s. A. P. Mehta & Co., established in 1982, provides various services including audit, assurance, and tax consultancy.
