Jaysynth Orgochem Appoints New Internal Auditor

Jaysynth Orgochem Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Ajay P. Mehta, proprietor of M/s. A. P. Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor of the company. This appointment, approved by the Board of Directors on April 14, 2026, is to fill a casual vacancy for the last quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The vacancy arose due to the sudden demise of Shri. Maganlal J. Thacker, a partner of the previous auditing firm. M/s. A. P. Mehta & Co., established in 1982, provides various services including audit, assurance, and tax consultancy.
