Jetking Infotrain Director Nand Bharwani Resigns

Mr. Nand Bharwani, Vice Chairman & Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Jetking Infotrain Limited, has resigned from his position with immediate effect from September 25, 2026. The resignation is due to his age, health considerations, and personal reasons. Mr. Bharwani has served the company since January 5, 1984, and was recently re-appointed for a term of three years from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027. He also requested a leave of absence from the upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting.
