Jetking Infotrain Vice Chairman Resigns Due to Age, Health

Jetking Infotrain Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr. Nand Bharwani from his positions as Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective September 25, 2026. Mr. Bharwani cited age, health considerations, and personal reasons for his decision. He has served the company since 1984 and recently stepped down from day-to-day affairs in 2021. His current term as Vice Chairman was set to end on June 30, 2027, and his name was proposed for re-appointment at the upcoming 42nd AGM. He also requested a leave of absence from the AGM.
