J.G.Chemicals Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q1 and FY 2026

J.G.Chemicals Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Company's 'Insider Trading Prohibition Code' under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026. The exact date of consideration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course. All Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and other Insiders under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during this closure period.
