Jhandewalas Foods Board to meet Sep 30 for AGM extension

Jhandewalas Foods Ltd. has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. at the company's registered office in Jaipur. The primary agenda includes taking note of the non-convening of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) originally scheduled for July 15, 2026.
