Jhandewalas Foods seeks AGM extension from RoC

Jhandewalas Foods Ltd's Board of Directors noted the non-convening of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, which was scheduled for July 15, 2026. The Board approved an application to the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, under Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, to seek an extension for holding the AGM. Necessary statutory and regulatory filings, including the application to the RoC and disclosures to BSE, will be made. Mr. Raakesh B. Kulwal, Managing Director, has been authorized to handle these filings.
