JHS Svendgaard Appoints Pardeep Kumar Bhardwaj as Independent Director

JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Pardeep Kumar Bhardwaj as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective November 2, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval and follows a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Bhardwaj, a retired IPS officer and former Special Commissioner of Delhi Police, brings extensive experience in public administration, law enforcement, and grievance redressal. His appointment is for a term of five years. Consequent to his appointment, the Board also approved the reconstitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
