JHS Svendgaard Retail Appoints Two Additional Independent Directors

JHS Svendgaard Retail Ventures Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Richa Sood and Mr. Mukul Pathak as Additional Independent Directors. The appointments were approved by the Board of Directors on August 13, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Both directors will serve for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. They have been confirmed to meet the independence criteria as per SEBI and Companies Act regulations. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee has also been reconstituted to include the new directors.
