Jigar Cables approves Audited FY26 Financial Results

Jigar Cables Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 21, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results (both standalone and consolidated) for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved the re-appointment of several key auditors for the financial year 2026-27. These re-appointments include Mr. Piyush Jethva as Secretarial Auditor, Adv. Adarsh Gohel as Internal Auditor, M/s. Rushabh R Shah and Co. as Tax Auditors, and M/s Sagar M. Kapadiya & Co. as Cost Auditor. The decisions were based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee.
