Jigar Cables Reappoints 2 Executive Directors for 3 Years

Jigar Cables Ltd announced the re-appointment of Smt. Sangitaben Niteshbhai Vaghasiya as Chairperson-cum-Managing Director and Shri Ramnik Parshottambhai Vaghasiya as Whole-Time Director. Both re-appointments are for a further period of three years, commencing January 02, 2027, and ending January 01, 2030. Their revised remuneration was also approved, subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company also approved material related party transactions with Ultracab (India) Limited and Jigar Polymers Limited. The 10th AGM is scheduled for September 26, 2026.
