Jindal Hotels Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Jindal Hotels Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 24, 2026, approved and took on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the first quarter of FY 2026-27 ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors. Additionally, the board proposed the re-appointment of Ms. Palak Gandhi as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for a second consecutive term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Ms. Gandhi is a finance professional with 22 years of experience and is not related to any other director.
