Jindal Hotels Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Audited Financial Results

Jindal Hotels Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2026. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed for all designated persons as defined under the Company's Code of Conduct from 1st April 2026. It will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges by the Board of Directors in an upcoming Board Meeting. The date of the Board Meeting will be communicated in due course.
