Jindal Leasefin: Independent Director Sachin Kharkia Completes Term

Jindal Leasefin Ltd announced that Mr. Sachin Kharkia has ceased to be an Independent Director effective August 28, 2026, upon completion of his second and final term. The company also appointed Ms. Asha Hardikkumar Sukhadiya as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term starting August 29, 2026, subject to member approval. Additionally, M/s. Parveen Rastogi & Co. and Mr. Suresh Chand Khandelwal were appointed as Secretarial and Internal Auditors, respectively, for FY2026-27.
