Jindal Poly Films Appoints Devendra Singh Rawat as Independent Director

Jindal Poly Films Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Devendra Singh Rawat as an Additional Director on its Board, designated as a Non-Executive Independent Director. This appointment, approved by the Board based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is for an initial term of five years, from November 4, 2026, to November 3, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Rawat brings over 30 years of experience in finance, taxation, budgeting, and business strategy. He is not related to any existing director and meets the independence criteria.
