Kansai Nerolac Paints Appoints Rukmini Subramanian as Company Secretary

Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel following a Board meeting held on November 4, 2026. Mr. G. T. Govindarajan will retire as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective November 30, 2026, after 37 years of service. Ms. Rukmini Subramanian has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective December 1, 2026. Ms. Subramanian, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with over two decades of experience, has been with Kansai Nerolac since 2021. She will also assume the role of Nodal Officer.
